UTILIZATION
What surprised me when I backed it lightweight for a 6 string in comparison with my WW Thumb Neck Through 6-string that is too heavy: 5.7 kg.
It does not sting the nose instead it is positioned very well, is just putting your hands.
The handle is not too large, it is mostly very flat and smooth it's weird when you are abitué the wooden handle but that is not bad at all.
SOUNDS
It is an extremely versatile bass with a grain a bit special, in fact when he comes in in nag fingers in the treble his character appears in power. It was frankly the impression that the sound of Flea of Red Hot Chili Peppers. Cons by playing quieter or slap sound differs from FleaBass.
The bass is huge and very sharp but not piercing ear snack.
The switches do not bring big change but significant work a bit on its depth and roundness.
I expected a much more dry and less versatile, nay ...
It's very snapping slap in both typed as drawn, it looks like a metal handle. All ropes are homogeneous, if not the "muddy" at all unlike my other 5 and 6 strings WW, Spector, Cort and Musicman.
The pickups are independent in their jobs, the center position is deadly ...
OVERALL OPINION
Bought from a site okaz buyout for the sum of 1570 Euros including postage is really a very good deal (apparently, it is new in the 4000 Euro !!!!!!!!!! ) on the other hand what is annoying is that we no longer find Modulus in France, there is a dealer in Belgium who sells them at exorbitant prices, it is abused because these prices are not justified especially as U.S. they do not cost so dear as that.
These are amazing bass that are better known for the originality of the graphite shaft, the flawless finish and unique sound.
Low light and really handy for a 6 string, comfort exeptional game, finishing top (even if it has some poc ...)
