Hello
I use this board since about 1988.
His arm is tangential which decided his choice. I have very good knowledge and experience concerning the problems of playing a disc. I had (and still have) very good classic decks, but encountered trouble playing some discs, always related to the error in track, led me to seek this path. The sale "Balance" of this model, equipped with an excellent original cell, took me out the checkbook! Since then, a little abandoned, I just offer him a new cell at the renewal of my audio equipment. As in the beginning, but with better audio this "new" listening to "old" 33tours, compared to their CD versions (CD Revox Signature!) Does not gifts, vinyl records (not all) are often much better to their CD counterparts.
The quality / price ratio, reduced the time and conditions of this purchase had seemed excellent. Today I am happy to still listen to some vinyl, will be irreplaceable, with this "tool" I do not regret this purchase! (Note that the famous encountered trouble on other planes had completely disappeared at Vinyl, upon its commissioning, proof if any were needed, the validity of the choice of the manufacturer.
There is not now equal choice, although there are a good turntable. However, it must achieve some cost prohibitive, if you want to keep quality high-level transcription.
