With the release of Rhyme Genie 4.0 developer Idolumic unveils the free songwriting software 'TuneSmith', which can run the dynamic rhyming dictionary as a plug-in. Featuring a lyrics editor, a copyright manager and a pitch journal TuneSmith is designed to make the creation and the administration of songs easier.
In addition to assisting artists during the creative process of songwriting TuneSmith aims to improve the administration of their song catalogs. Users can add songs to their catalogs to maintain writer and publisher portions of copyright splits, to oversee copyright registrations and publication details as well as to manage finished studio recordings of their songs. An integrated pitch journal is also designed to allow songwriters to stay organized when submitting their songs to producers and publishers by tracking hold periods, release dates and chart positions of pitched songs.
Free downloads of TuneSmith and limited trials of Rhyme Genie are available for Mac or PC at www.rhymegenie.com. Idolumic offers free updates of Rhyme Genie for the life of the user’s computer.
Pricing:
The first activation code for the downloadable version of Rhyme Genie is priced at $24.95. Registered users can purchase activation codes for their additional computers for $7.95 each.
