Nice article,

Magic A/B is nice but I personally prefer 'Perception' by Meterplugs and Ian Shepherd.

What I would like to know is if there are some great balanced mixes specifically for this purpose?

What exactly do you mean? like, mixes that need no work, just to see how they would sound if you messed with them? what purpose are you referring to?
