B.C. Rich Platinum Virgin

I got this guitar slightly used off of ebay for around 210 dollars.


For anyone out there who thinks B.C. Rich guitars are just a marketing ploy to suck money away from kids who think black pointy instruments will get them chicks, think again. As far as axes with bolt-on necks go, this is one of the best I've seen. It plays almost as easy as a Les Paul I was test-driving. The three way swtich and tone knob will give you more than a wide enough range of sounds whether you play lead or rythym.



Well there isn't much to be dissatisified with. The stock strings break with too much pulling or hard strumming, even though this is supposed to be a metal guitar, and you have to be careful or you'll chip it badly, but the same can be said for all "pointy" guitars. There's nothing negative about this guitar that can't be fixed with minor adjustments and carefulness.



Everything on this guitar is smooth where its supposed to be smooth and straight where its supposed to be straight. Chrome tuners, beautiful maple neck, nothing wobbles rattles or hums, what more could you ask for?



If you're into metal, punk or hard rock, you should definentaly put the BC Rich Virgin on your "to look at" list.

USE

A thin handle, very very pleasant, surprising for a guitar of this price

the access to acute ais is pretty but not very comfortable with the handle against by vissbr />
Guitar correct weight but it looks a bit cot head but it's really not annoying!


8/10 becaufe for a guitar that I bought 350euros is very well

SONORITS

It is suitable to my style Mtal especially death metal to his old school ^^

I played on a randall RG100G3 Hybrid 100W

BDSM: the sound is not great but clear corect in its saturated micro is not bad, very fat, they are DETAILEDREPORT Mtal ^^ but its a bit of drool trops, and lacks a potato hair to have a good death or his trash.
for basic microphone as his what he dbrouille but better change. 7/10 with BDSM

I have changed for two Seymour Duncan, a sh-sh-2manche and 4 bridge, these are standard microphones !!!!!!!! And are perfect for the sound I want. They go great on the violin of the young, even luthier not reven it sounds as good!
Sh-4 a particular grain, artificial harmonic beautiful, very fat sound distortion with lots of heat, sound pretty old school, it's an excellent microphone vrment and has not tou blush face the EMG 81 and more!
Sh-2 very pretty serious, such a microphone that has a very good clear sound especially for arpeggios. Distortion and perfect for a solo with nice roundness.

This little guitar Bolt is made in Korea.
It possde 24 frets and the neck is typical ibanez plutt (flat and fast, comfortable more). The bridge is typical tune-o-matic with strings passing through the body.
Rglages: slecteur a 3-position volume knobs and two tone.
The pickups are signs BCRich, an output level too high my taste, saturating the clean sound. I have replaced with a kit Zakk Wylde.
Level violin is clean, a small problem on one of the bridges on mine that tends to break the wiring in my 5th string.
The attachment strap is derrire the body as the Parker, which keeps a nice edge without the massacre with the strap.

UTILIZATION

The game is trs comfortable and fast, mine does RULES by a luthier in a drop tuning If while keeping the feeling of a 10-46. She is not heavy at all.
However, small black dot on the quilibrage I find no top.
Originally, the sound is right for trs a guitar of this price (200 at Thomann), especially in saturation, however, with a high output noisegate is essential.

I possde now for about 6 months, I really trs well done to the handle, so I prfre is one of my PRS. The look is really terrible and qualitprix is ​​excellent compared such an F-50 ESP from home in the same style.
