Hufschmid Helldunkel Warrior Guitar

Hufschmid Guitars WarriorPublished on 09/17/22 at 10:31
Guitarist for over 50 years, predominately blues & progressive rock. In addition, a guitar collector for many years with 76 guitars presently in what would be considered the finest guitar makes in existence. Over the years I’ve read many articles and reviews on Hufschmid Guitars, located in Aigle, Switzerland.

Fortunately, I was able to communicate with Patrick Hufschmid my desire of the ultimate guitar for my collection. My French is not at its best, but luckily Patrick speaks perfect English!

I received my Tantalum and was absolutely blown away by not only the “fit and finish”, but the feel of a finely handmade instrument. I went on to purchase a previously owned Single Cut Hufschmid guitar that was made in 2014, the same quality finish and feel of no doubt the best guitars I’ve ever played. I immediately contactacted Patrick Hufschmid to do another custom build in the form of a more exotic feel. This is the Hufschmid Warrior which I just received, absolutely amazing.

The process is like no other, a side note to divulge, I own and drive exotic automobiles and am an extremely detailed person. These guitars are like a finely tuned machine (without the quirks). The Warrior has a one-piece quarter-sawn Mahogany Body, with Crelicam Ebony neck, 12 Pole Handmade pickups designed by Patrick Hufschmid, incredible sound, along with silky smooth attributes. The guitar is not only stunning to view, but is now my “go to” guitar. I am also pleased to say I am working with Patrick on another custom build guitar; this will be my 4th Hufschmid Guitar.

I consider Patrick as a preeminent luthier in our time, the solid feel of the neck/body reveals the best sustain of any in my guitar collection. I should also say that working with Patrick is not only a pleasure in dealing with a master craftsman, but passionate artist that exudes perfection.
