bought 2nd hand @ turramarra music centre syd, for about $400. i got it coz i liked the wooden body.

god it's so fat. almost too fat. theres one switch with three positions for either or both p'ups, and another 2-postions switch which just seems to boost it heaps- depending on amp set up, this switch can boost into big distortion. this guitar is sensitive in the way that you can't attack it, you got to attack with it. i find i've got to travel into it before we start to sing, and it sings good. half the trick is to get there and then i let go and go with it. i just got to go smooth and we sail into extremeties. it's an experience. i can't play it unless im in it due to it's extreme sensitivity.

i've got to admit it limits my playing, but some women don't like the door being opened for them. the other day i was in an epic piece of a jam session. so sweet and sensitive was it, and i got this kick to go ape shit, and as if i had not shown any respect she gave off this god awfull sound that killed it all. coz she's like a strong bold soulful woman that you can't just get a fling with but must beckon the banshee from within her. my only dis like is its can be to heavy. some times i just want to have casual sex without making love. you get me?

besides its switches and the tuners getting old, i've found nothing else needing repair. its heavy wood and made to last.

this guitar aint for many of you. youve got to have patience. so many players go and buy pricey perfect guitars while others like my self get a kick out of playing a guitar with character. this one's a character.
