UTILIZATION
Good. First, I come from the world of modern but classic guitar (Ibanez Jem in others) and I must say I've always hated the look of the Strat (how awful) because it's the guitar of everyman and that it sounds like everyone else ... or almost. Now, Luke is typically a super strat: we take the basic concept and pushes it to the top. At the end you have a beautiful and has the coolest race of the world comfortable light guitar, ultra,: everything goes on. Access to acute is also top although I would have liked 24 frets ...
SOUNDS
The sound now. Then we will talk about the shortcomings of EMG: they are pretty bland in the clear. Perfect for funky rhythms - even in such sublime - but not at all suitable for vintage and dirty sounds. Perfect to accompany but not at all for soloing. Good that solote clear sound? I never but you never know ... The sound is very smooth, compressed, ultra defined (oh for sure should be able to play because we hear ALL) and more as it is right now, "guitar pros "you can expect the best of you on stage ... now go to the distortion and crunch sounds: I have no words to say. The sound is just huge! But in a good sense. We do not spray just what comes out of your fingers. The blues sounds are very realistic about the serious micro - Jimi out of there! - And you can not help but take on Jeff Beck bridge ... well, its a pro wherever you find you connect.
OVERALL OPINION
I caught this guitar on the net for 1000 euros. At this price, and even the double I would do this choice because this guitar will take you to a higher level in terms of play and precision. You feel compelled you to play better and clean. The vibrato is fabulous (which I am a fan of Floyd and bein honest is better), very long sustain and tessitura remains good throughout the race (this is a ca sign, Jem does not ring on boxes 15 is 24). And yet I plugged into a sound with just a Yamaha DG Stomp as preamp.
Voila, you have the topo of the perfect guitar whose only fault is precisely its perfection when we played it, we can turn back.
