Published on 10/07/04 at 15:00I bought this guitar from American Musical Supply.I first saw it advertised in one of my issues of Guitar World.I'm a Huge KISS fan so I HAD to have this guitar.I paid $199.99 for it and it was well worth it.
I like everything about it from the mirrored truss rod cover to the Pul Stanley signiture on the bridge.This guitar rocks,I refer to it as " My Piece Of KISStory"
The Only thing I didn't like about it was the strings were the wrong gauge,I replaced them with 9-42 gauge.
It is really well built.The neck is pretty fast action,the pickups give a nice fat tone,one of the cool thing about it is the mirrored pick guard.The body kind of reminds me of the bass Gene Simmons plays except the body of The Sovereign is offset.
If you're a KISS fan or just want a GREAT guitarthis would be the one.I think this guitar is destined to become a collector item.I say go get yourself a piece of KISStory.
