The device that has all the gear geeks going nuts should see its price go down this year.
Music Technology Group confirmed at Musikmesse that the device is going to be industrially produced.
So far, models have been sold for… €25,000 apiece – but the more copies they’ll produce, the more costs will decrease.
According to a member of the development team, it could in the end cost the same as a piano – but he didn’t say if he meant some old half assed piece of garbage or a brand new Steinway…
Wait & see, and maybe start saving some money, too.
