See more advice: just learned, is a hybrid modeling amp (a lamp). Footswitsch optional.

UTILIZATION

Tested in store, just turn a few buttons to find sounds pleasant and varied. Not rocket science, and the manual appears to allow you to make adjustments a little more pointed.

SOUNDS

The range of possibilities is quite large, the sounds are by definition not too distinctive. These amplifiers are primarily made to be versatile. Tested with a Gretsch Electromatic (humbucker so), the sounds are rather round and warm. A middle power is already very flattering to the ear. Base effects are also quite successful, with the possibility of combining them.

OVERALL OPINION

I only try in the store, but I think to purchase it soon. I took the time to try other amps, none has taken the comparison: the small all-tube are not versatile enough and are a little "gadgets" in my opinion (unless they are handy ...) the 5w home vox and roland are of course cheaper but do not provide the same pleasure: the sound is too tinny and has no depth, which is not surprising given the size of HP.
The Vox AD15VT is in my opinion the best amp Appartemant that can be found now (even if it is powerful to play at home). Its direct rival, the Roland micro cube 15W produces sounds straight out of a multi-effect means, while the vox creates more the feeling of playing a real amp: the sounds are more natural. It recognizes the key vox, and the lamp there is probably no coincidence. Contrary to another opinion left, I think it is a real plus. Only metal fans would prefer the Roland, the more turned to the distortions.
In conclusion, a very good score for an amp that pleasantly surprised me.
