Primacoustic announced the FlexiFuser, a device designed to diffuse directional acoustic energy and help eliminate standing waves and flutter echo in studios and home theaters.
The FlexiFuser is 6" deep and features a full-size 24"x48" wall print. Six variable pitch diffuser slats span from top to bottom that may be rotated to various angles to create the desired energy spread. In effort to eliminate self-resonance, high density absorptive acoustic panels are discretely positioned behind the slats. These also reduce mid and high frequency flutter echo and help control primary reflections. When used in clusters, various patterns may be combined for maximum effect.
Made from wood composite and finished in a washable black melamine, the FlexiFuser ships flat to save on freight and is assembled in about 15 minutes.
Estimated retail price is $399.00.
