Rock Prodigy, the iOS app that help beginners learn to play the guitar, will soon be available on Windows.
Rock Prodigy was launched more that two years ago on the iPhone/iPod Touch and iPad. It teaches how to play the guitar based on famous rock artists techniques and songs. The software uses a polyphonic pitch detection technology and 4 levels of difficulties are available. The user will be able to follow his progress in real time thanks to The Path to Rock Prodigy feature and compare his skills with other users.
Fender announced today that they sponsor the Rock Prodigy Windows version and during a limited time, the manufacturer will offer bonus lessons and exercises to the new users.
