Call this instrument "charango" 10 strings (5 double) from bottom to top E, A, E, C, G (the octave of the guitar).
Gamboa is one of the major makers of this instrument in Bolivia and likewise Sabino Orozco, Rivas, Acha etc. ..

UTILIZATION

This instrument is manufactured in Argentina, Chile and mainly Prou.
The charango Gamboa is characterized by its handle larger and therefore more enjoyable and its a "crystalline".

SOUNDS

It serves mainly as an accompaniment but can also "play" solo.

OVERALL OPINION

The charango I "hritquot; my first playing in Los Calchakis and date of the 70's cabinet is made from an armadillo shell, and its handle is Ebne.
