hi. i have just bought a washburn 130 aniversary acoustic.but feel that it needs new strings,if any one has a washburn acoustic,could you advise what gauge and make are best for wasburns,cheers..

Gauge and make of strings are very subjective, even by guitar.
Many prefer darker Martin strings for their Taylors, while others like a brighter set of Elixirs to accentuate a Taylor's naturally bright character, for example.
Gauge will play a bigger role depending on if you bend a lot, use different tunings, etc. I wouldn't say there's any one gauge or make that's particularly good for Washburns.
What I would do in your shoes is look into what specifically you like and don't like about the strings you currently use with your Washburn, then look into a new set of strings that'll do a better job of performing to your taste.
