Sound Magic keeps on developing its range of tools for DSD high resolution audio and launches DSD Tools for mixing and mastering purposes.
DSD Tools is designed as a bridge between the PCM and DSD formats. It features special version of the Sound Magic Neo MasterTool and DynaMaster plug-ins that can operate at 2.8 and even 5.6 MHz internally via oversampling.
DSD Tools will help you enhance the audio quality of your mixes and master, and most specifically the dynamics that can be altered when converting DSD to PCM files. It includes a dynamic loss compensation tool and thanks to the different built-in filters, you’ll be able to remove noises generated in DSD signals.
DSD Tools is currently available as a VST plug-in for Windows only. It retails for 29 € and Sound Magic is preparing a trial version that should be only very soon. More info at www.supremepiano.com.
