SKNote has ameliorated its Disto compressor plugin, not only fixing its auto-gain but also introducing quite an original preset management mode.
Available now from the user section at SKNote’s webshop, the new version ameliorates the auto-gain for the VST & AU versions (inclusion in the AAX version to come soon) and also introduces an original way of managing presets: from now on, a copy/paste system cans be used to import or export your favorite presets (or thos from other usersn of course) from or to a mere text file, making the transmission of presets independant from the DAW you use.
Based on both Empirical Labs’ Distressor and Fatso Jr. hardware units, SKNote’s Disto (now in version 2) is available for $39.99 – and, of course, this update is free for all previous users, with version 2 already a free update for original Disto users. More details at www.sknoteaudio.com.
