SoundToys Inc. announced that Version 3.1 adding full VST support for both Mac and PC for the SoundToys Native Effects bundle is now available for download, with physical product shipping soon after.
The new version includes VST support for the OS X and Windows XP/Vista operating systems, and compatibility for applications like Steinberg’s Cubase and Nuendo, and CakeWalk’s Sonar 8, as well as Ableton Live for Windows, according to SoundToys. VST support should be included for individual plug-ins that are native capable including EchoBoy, FilterFreak, PhaseMistress, Tremolator, and Crystallizer in both the SoundToys Native Effects and SoundToys TDM Effects bundles.
The new version is downloadable at www.soundtoys.com/download/index.php.
Upgrades for current v3 customers are available at no charge. More information will be posted on the SoundToys web site as it becomes available.
