«  A monster gain and versatility! »

A distortion pedal lamp is actually serves tube!
I changed the original lamp (SOVTEK 12ax7wa) for a 12AX7 SYLVANIA "JHS" Long Black Plates 1959 and honestly it sending the splint!
The ISF feature is very effective, all the knobs are active at 100% and gives you extraordinary flexibility, especially with the ability to select three different modes (two foot) which is very well seen from the designers .. .

UTILIZATION

The different editions of the distortions are very effective, the grip is super fast and fairly quickly found his SON! 'Cause you have to be honest, this pedal has THE sound ...

SOUND QUALITY

The grain of the distortion is a real treat, I personally have not used the effect with the original lamp with a lamp but OUR sound quality is worthy of the best distortions on the market!
With this small block of plain metal you have under foot and it feels happily!
The lamp change is simply super directly in front, opening the guard, by blowing the security metal lamp and bringing out the tube with the tip of a knife, all delicately sour well , but it is doable without any technical difficulty! Do not go above board to dismantle printed on the back of the pedal circuits, it would be completely stupid ...

OVERALL OPINION

My overall rating for this effect is 4.5 / 5! The only thing I could fault it is the absence of a power supply with ground (useful when you start to get into the win with a powered 300V HT! Tube!) And the inability to control the switch clean / od foot ... But without it it's still a perfect effect at any point! It will fill all the big metalheads that anyone looking for a good distortion without wanting to sound mesa ... It is perfectly possible with this pedal to get a good sound Bluesy warm, or a dripping well Grunge distortion, not to mention sour sound favored by the Neo-metalheads!
A TRUE FASHION!
