If you are on the red channel is pressed again to switch to clean or you press the other button to go green. It is not as usual in fact, and if you alternate solo phrases in a rhythmic crunch Ben is dicey ... With that said no switching noise is very clean.
The problem is that this pedal does not meet all your original clear, I had nothing radical until now.
I like the SE200 bebert (an enhancer to there sonic stomp) ben it restores what is eaten by the blackstar.
Well, the first channel is the lt drive (yellow), the second lt distortion (orange) range. You have an overall tone and isf (a spectrum like the outline on marshall transistors) as global, more volume and gain per channel.
The pedal is very quiet, and the knobs are very effective. We can supply battery (unscrew two screws below is zero) or standard 9v transformer size boss.
UTILIZATION
It is simple to use given the effectiveness of bitonniaux.
I feared for the overall tone but enough for the two channels are doomed.
The isf is also effective on a rich clean bass amp I put it to zero and a skinny clean amp is fully rendered to gain.
Not prevented, even when I would have liked a lower setting because the pedal is too limited on this side.
SOUND QUALITY
On my Ampeg gvt50 the dual lt gives me a config three distinct channels. The green channel is very different from red, but more sly can go to Franco saturax also leaner than his roommate.
The red channel is big guy is the king of compact rhythm without drooling, and he responds with a quarter turn to artificial harmonics, a treat for soloists he saw the body permanently. It can almost be paid if you want clean, big beach so.
The isf is zero here because the dual lt was a bit too low is damage, the amount isf is too dirty / greasy.
So I tested the dual on a clean channel jcm skinny guy (in this case the head hotone purple wind of 212 Openback) and not only can use the isf leisurely but the sound is less bypassed massacred on the Ampeg therefore not require enhancer. Thence to think that this unit has been conceived on a clean marshall, or in the context of valuing a modest amp there is not a ...
OVERALL OPINION
Be careful it does not meet all your sound clean usual, not only the level (lower) but especially the grain and color are very chemical (not kind of mediums, old style multiFX bypassed). Once the basic sound adapted to the dual is nice and really helpful because it is not an overdrive with boost but really two very distinct sounds.
If you like the sound of your guitar straight into your amp pedal avoid this like the plague, the t-rex dual drive 60ME birthday toto is a marvel of respect and transparency nearby.
So it is mixed, but personally it is very helpful.
