Value For Money :
Excellent
I know a lot of us wonder what these three Vallent p'tites machines from Germany. Until a few months to have a user reviews on this site, I was ordered to launch two modules (the LV1 and LX1) and do it myself the exprience. I do not speak here only of the LV1 since it is the one I currently use the most.
After a few per dialects in English (thank you online translators), and a small waiting weeks by taking all options for shipping (20 euros per machine), I received a few days ago the two machines.
Outwardly, it looks smaller than I expected, but if one does not have hands of loggers, all goes well, there's just enough space.
The stuff in looking more prs shows a beautiful finish, the knobs too much junk (but that can be seen especially with time) and robust enough faders. on the other hand, do not find here, finesse and precision of a good mixer fader. (I do not know if it's the same fader on the DJ1, but if so, you must have some strength in the fingers).
By connecting all this on Live, it gets really interesting. I use a Toshiba P4 2.8 Ghz with 1MB of RAM and an M-Audio Firewire card Audiophyle.
The game is really nice, we see that these machines are designed to t Live, the latency is acceptable trs. I use a console dja Tarcktor Hercules, CA s'tait rvler a disaster due to lack of raction of the machine, cuts or dgueulasses impossible.
Here, it is of course not on the precision of an analog desk but I've seen better and more importantly, to control Live, you do not request a Vestax.
It is still regrettable that these modules are delivered with batteries, you can of course connect to mains but that is not provided in the package.
[/ B] How do you report qualitprix?
A priori, the machine for 200 Euros (postage included), it was worth the money. It's small but tough, you should see a APRS use and distance. Mathias, the contact that we have the net is fun and shopping.
I think this is a good solution to control Live importantly, me anyway, I did not get any better, knowing that I have two machines, which I think is the minimum to control the Beast.
