MModernCompressor + Melda Plugins Updated to v5

MeldaProduction has updated its effect plugins line to version 5.00, including the release of MModernCompressor, a compressor effect based on the MDynamics engine.

The introduction of a new dual interface design aims to give you the choice between either a simple & compact configuration with access to the main parameters, or a full feature layout. Among other improvements are new analysis engines used in equalizers, advanced categorization of plugins within VST and VST3 and a new harmonization engine.

The new MModernCompressor is now available and is free to all current MTotalBundle and MMasteringBundle owners.

MModernCompressor Features

  • Metering system – MModernCompressor displays output peak level, gain reduction, ITU-R BS.1770–1 and EBU 3341 compliant loudness, and also a loudness distribution graph, which you can use to analyze dynamic properties of your audio and let the ompressor set the basic compressor parameters automatically.

  • Up to 8 channels surround processing – the plugins can handle mono and stereo signals, as well as up to 8 channels of surround audio.
  • Adjustable up-sampling 1x-16x designed to minimize aliasing.
  • New user interface.
  • MIDI controllers with MIDI learn – you can map parameters to a MIDI controller or MIDI keyboard and control it realtime or record and automate it.
  • Optimized for SSE and SSE2 processors.
  • Global preset management and online preset exchange – using a title button you can save your settings (which are shared on the computer) so you can access these in other songs. All plugins can automatically share your presets and download presets of other users from our servers (if this feature is enabled).
  • Automatable.
