Quiet Art released Defaulter clip gain normalizer plug-in for Pro Tools to v1.5 with RMS option as well as peak.
Defaulter analyzes the clip and applies Pro Tools built-in clip gain adjustments to bring it up or down to meet your specified peak or RMS level. It ignores clips with levels below the user set threshold. Processing is non-destructive.
