CGM Prods. has announced the release of SF2 Control VST, a SoundFont synth editor and VST-MIDI compatible plug-in.
SF2 Control VST is designed to enable you to manipulate basic and important parameters of your SB Live/Audigy or SF2 compatible card.
Now you can edit your instrument/channel parameters inside your sequencer and save them as part of your work, instead of manipulating them outside in a destructive program like Vienna or any other SoundFont editor.
Also, you can use real knobs and sliders and recall its status channel by channel with mouse movements (no sequencer complex envelopes, NPRN numbers, text parameters, etc.). If you just want to perform live with your MIDI instrument, learn to play or jam, with SF2 Control VST and a application like VST Host you can do it as if it were a stand-alone program.
Pricing & Availability
SF2 Control VST is available for Windows as a VST instrument plug-in. It costs $15 for the CD version or $10 as a download.
