Bought out of curiosity, I LA 911 butler at a time, unless she had a 3bandes eq.
Supplied with PSU 9v300ma please. 12ax7q tube in brand bugera, and plenty of empty space in the box (nice to add a swich and a jack for the channel of the amp, for example).
Gain tone volume, basic, not all true bypass to completely transparent.
Something silly for a pedal without a battery, it is powered only when there branch guitar, as it should heat for a good half hour sound good is not great.

Nothing serious, considering the price.

UTILIZATION

Well, it looks like bebert did an internship with fender tube amplification: a there is no sound, and one and a half is too much! To rate overdrive I hear. That's not all, from four is mismanagement fuzz.
We are thus very limited gain adjustment issue.
The tone on the other hand is progressive, and the volume just perfect.

So as you can change the lamp is hard to resist, I put a 12AY7 (60 percent compared to the amplification AX7) to see.

SOUND QUALITY

If change tube brings a better (cleaner and more manageable in this case, pending 12AU7 have available) the character remains in the same vein, and curious rendering is very different on an amp class (in celestion tube 10) on something else (studio amp transistors, dibox guitar) and unfortunately this is the only case or the overdrive sounds good. It is therefore not as flexible use.

What is it? The class A makes hot and creamy, while "normal" it is rough and aggressive in the wrong direction, like fuzz brr ...

In the amount of gain to 4-6, it reacts like a good disto families with bridge humbucker is almost hard rock iron maiden, amazing. I command vd1 to see.

So now, with 12AY7 and amp class is pretty well on another machine that is pabo pabo fuzz. This is the only pedal with the blower tube of Jacques radically change behavior on this amp, you learn something every day eh.

OVERALL OPINION

It leaves necessarily skeptical. On the other hand I know it's not even worth trying on something else so it simplifies my life.
For the beauty of the gesture I'm going to put a 12AU7 (16 percent compared to the amplification AX7), even when I feel the overdrive circuit itself is not tube, and finally we will.

I also VT999 frankly rather take it much more flexible and not so much less overdrive ultimately. At least it sounds to any setup.

UTILIZATION

Plutt simple configuration (volume, drive, Tone), the manual is largely superfluous and EXAGRES the possibilities of the machine ...

SOUND QUALITY

- The only positive: the price ... for the rest:
- Is a real mush! No DEFINITIONS, even on an amp lamps (I have a Gibson Les Paul and a Laney VC30). Impossible to have an overdrive or not supported any lightweight as well Dfine ...
- Trs-trs's really low! Plus a great big noise!

Overdrive for a cheap and quality will see plutt BELCAT (because that is exceptional in terms of price quality ratio!)
But for this, I implore you! Go away!

This is an overdrive lamps, dj description given in the notice Previous. Casing apparently well beefy, power supply, connectors seem solid, no complaints!

UTILIZATION

The edition of the sounds is simple: we can almost do anything, the book is more than enough to realize that the knobs do not have much usefulness.

SOUND QUALITY
