Solid box, switch off and flexible, 3 knobs, level, tone, gain, config basic, but simple and effective
battery compartment on the front (no need to return it!)
Sector 9 v power supply plug in mini jack. I have the cord that goes to a CIOK Big John
UTILIZATION
If someone has difficulty in using this pedal is that it is reversed the direction of jacks, or that it is inappropriate ... lol
SOUND QUALITY
Niche: Hendrix, Cream fuzz, garage, Big Muff and well filthy, can also go on a low
this pedal was designed to imitate the sound of the saturation of tube amps.
it delivers a fairly saturated fat, low current, not obvious a fit in your sound palette
they go best with a sharp guitar SG type or TV, strato
however, the last two graduations of the gain, called "boost", literally unleash the horses and there's a fuzz in a 3 body marshall, it screams, it's thick, tough, bitter and sweet!
However this pressure with a ... c normal, but given the level of gain it sends
with the setting in this area, it was really his 60's, very close to hendrix, not be comparable to what you get with an upgraded original stuff, but not c the same price either. who loves it without having the means c'st a good compromise
it might as well do it on a low, one side pti Big Muff, or riffs garage, well ... yuck
Note the tone is not a boost but a frequency filter. ie instead of missing the entire signal and boost certain frequencies, he cut and lets those that remain, as it is softer tone.
OVERALL OPINION
IF you want to get furious and do a solo wailing guitar, no one can ignore that you're there, you need it!
