An input, 2 outputs (with and without effect)
1 volume, 1 tone, 1 gain
1 tone switch that lets you enable or mute the tone. The pedal is not necessarily transparent it allows not color the sound when it is disabled. Personal I do not use it.
I do not know what year it is but it's old EHX therefore the case is huge (and indeed it is empty 90% ...), not practical for the pedalboard but I love it look!
UTILIZATION
Setup is simple, it is in the basic and effective.
We do not hassle to find sounds nice.
SOUND QUALITY
I am very picky when it comes saturations, I had dozens of pedal distortion / overdrive and I am very trendy vintage.
And this gem is just perfect for what I'm looking ...
The sound is really hot, the beach offered is quite extensive.
We go from clean to greasy fuzz (be careful not like Big Muff) or cutting through the overdrive lead.
Coupled with my Catalinbread Echorec I's solo Time Pink Floyd.
All knobs are responsive and provide good sound sculpting.
Perfect for me!

€ 100 bought it a few years ago (with a delay pedal and more), as saying that I made a good deal ...
This is a very rare and truly exceptional pedal.
I love the current EHX effects, but we must admit that the pedals times are over (I had a vintage Deluxe Memory Man I'm the conn ** ie to sell ...).
This is my legendary ...
