See the photo! it's basic!

UTILIZATION

Only 3 pots!
the "tone" is effective and may have made a "slimy" or "screaming"
I RULES 11am.

it can be a boost (it's not my case) or "lampinisation" transistors!

it's the pedals I use in-rhythm chords, gnralement.

SOUND QUALITY

I possde distortion pedals 3 / overdrice.
In the chain of effects, each has a role to and no way out ... then the NT5, which it serves me? um ...

an input / output: fragile with the years (a crachouille!)

Despite its plastok look fragile, it holds up over a dcade.Je'm using it for mild overdrive, the songs rock jous between 1967 and 1969! (Before Black Sabbath, whatever!) Stones, Hendrix, Led Zep ... and for the blues!

For rock 'modern', it is also terrible, in rhythm with the drive 10
Arpges for a bit dirty (7 am drive), it is idalie ...

I use it with a Start 'or an ES335 with the pedals and it's easy to sound "hot".

on the other hand I do not use it in boost (trend erase attacks), another has the pedals rle ...

OVERALL OPINION

I use it since 1995 I believe ...

I do not know the "original" TS 808 or rditions.

I bought this one for the pedals "lamp" when I played on a small transistor amp ... and lower cot! Even if today I played on a light amplifier, I continue to use it.

In addition, he parat (but never "not pass") it is easily changed: to compete with the original is so much more!

report quality price is up, if it achte for what can do ...
it does not sound aggressive, not pchue ... but the sustain is good, the sound is warm ...

I try to compare a TS9 sweated .... to see if I would change!
For now, I keep it!
