UTILIZATION
Nothing is easier to use, just use his ears and his little fingers of modern Homo sapiens.
SOUND QUALITY
We love it or hate it, but it is an effect of overdrive of the most pleasant to hear and use. It compresses but not too low it cuts that could possibly drooling, and highlights the media while providing a rich, warm harmonic color. I use it with stratocaster and telecaster in any of my tube amps always with great pleasure.
OVERALL OPINION
This is the first effects pedal that I bought this almost two years. At the time the choice was certainly much smaller than today. Usually it was played between the TS9, the Bluesbreaker - I like well enough as the passage - and the Boss OD1 which is not bad but I find cooler. Meanwhile I had the opportunity to test a whole bunch of other OD pedals all more interesting than others but generally the grain and the behavior of the TS9 I do day to never bored or disappointed . I particularly like his way of respecting the liquid side and slamming the grain of single-coil pickups, while providing some compression. The value for money for me is final!
