UTILIZATION
The configuration on the pedal itself is quite simple so even if the knobs for "Z" and "Texture" was more difficult to hear the difference in sound (Z adapts the dynamic overdrive but it's pretty légé). But the coolest thing is that when you put you in touch with the EQ on your amp, you can really discover new sonnorits because your overdrive is completely adapted to the changes! Small as default in this is that if you find a great sound, you have no interest in touching the EQ!
SOUND QUALITY
Fantastic! It took me 10 minutes to realize that the EQ of the amp was more important to make a good sound, but when you understand you ca, it sounds!! I bought it to play jazz (Fusion) with this pedal, but I found after 5 min to play "killing in the name of" flat out (nice for the neighbors: p). After of course, a little EQ can make you play blues, jazz, rock ect ... Veeeeeery as versatile pedal!
OVERALL OPINION
I did that for 2 days, but I intend to let go more! I spent QLQ months in stores and on the websites of the second hand before buying it but I never heard anything so good earlier stages. Value for money is another story ... It is not given this pedal (+ € -290) but if you have the opportunity to buy 2nd hand (I paid 150 €) ca certainly worth it!
