Re-release of the legendary pedal Maxon

- 1 gain knob

- 1 which is used to scale the portion of volume

- 1 tone that will bring out all the treble or not the pedal

provided with a comprehensive manual Maxon Reissue Series, a battery and a non-slip pad.

UTILIZATION

You choose the color through the tone and gain and finally the volume is regulated with balance.
Simple as could be.

You can also use it as a boost pedal upstream of saturation.

SOUND QUALITY

The pedal alone is interesting.

Very creamy we immediately recognize the sound of the neck pickup especially if you play a blues. Maybe you her lack some gain? But this is not an overdrive distortion.

Used on at least one clean it definitely colors the sound and lose a lot of bass that can be annoying to clean proves a major asset in saturation.

This pedal is a revelation if you play in low tunings. It will add the fire and makes you bite pierced the mix. I play with my 7 string and it's just magical.
Try it, really.

OVERALL OPINION

I left Ibanez after seeing Bill Keliher and Brett Hinds before use to see that it was all Maxon.

Although I took it's cheaper and it's better.

For the price it is unbeatable, only the Xotic can compete (if you are sure to use their strengths, more gain and low settings) but it is more expensive and not necessarily more useful.

If you use only low loss is disqualifying, but further distortion I have not found better.
