UTILIZATION
I use it for my bass and the gain provided by the OD is ideal. It does not overflow. There may very OD pedal for bass. I had the Boss ODB-3 for a while but I found it too synthetic.
SOUND QUALITY
It is not too runny.
There may very OD pedal for bass. I had the Boss ODB-3 for a while but I found it too synthetic. I had never thought of using this pedal with my bass even if there is several years more and more people using guitar effects pedals for their low (I think including Ibanez TS808 and TS9).
I was looking for a slightly dirty sound, I have what I need with this OD.
OVERALL OPINION
Big fan of MXR, I find always perfect work at home.
I wanted slightly dirty sound of my bass, and well with this Modified OD is successful as I like.
In short, it may be an OD for guitar, but here also works for low ^ ^
