« DX7 RAM cartridge for IIFD / A »
Published on 11/10/12 at 07:24This is the RAM cartridge for Yamaha DX7 IID and IIFD. It is not compatible with the first DX7.
May contain three different types of data:
- 64 Voices 32 tunings 1 Performance 2 Micro System setup
or
- 64 Fractional Scalings
or
- 63 Micro tunings
Therefore the format prior to use as you wish to make.
Note that the internal memory of the DX contains no Fractional Scaling. This card makes it possible to take advantage of this powerful feature of FM synthesis (but in this case not to store any sound).
It is between 20 and 50 € used.
