« PCI sound card 8 channel (including 2 péamplis) »
Published on 11/15/12 at 02:16These are 8-channel 24-bit motivated me for the price, I use it in a home studio for recording voice, guitar or solo instrument often, sometimes recording drums, and equity group multitrack rarely.
PC System Win 7 64-bit drivers have been updated since XP and it works perfectly, even if the card is no longer in catalog E-Mu.
UTILIZATION
Drivers are updated for Win 7 64-bit, perhaps for the last time? In any case I record up to 8 tracks smoothly on Samplitude ProX.
Against by the software package with Cubase had no interest.
I count since I use 0 latency direct monitoring.
GETTING STARTED
Immediate implementation, updating drivers without incompatibilities easy for my config.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for 8 years, the price / quality ratio seems fine, the problem is just the price of other cards you can find 8 channels.
Repeat this choice at the time, yes. Today the card is no longer sold, pending is "My sound card."
