It is not extremely accurate but does very well are already working cell.
It installs in 1/4 second, cell plug and play ....
The tip actually use fast enough, but the price of diamond alternative is not excessive.
Wear level, due to the weight of 3.5g recommended during installation to properly fit on the vinyl it is working wonderfully, they not suffer harm. vinyls wear but with this cell they wear out faster.
