Todd, Michael & James, Inc (TMJ) released Song Surgeon 3 for Mac, its audio software for pitch (key) and tempo change.
Song Surgeon is designed to provides “high quality, distortion free audio for use by musicians, transcribers, translators, dance studios, DJ’s, and churches (for music worship), ” according to the company. Previously the software was available only for Window’s machines.
Song Surgeon Version 3 features two separate algorithms for pitch and tempo change.
Song Surgeon Version 3 for Mac is available in both Standard and PRO versions. The Standard version basic audio slow down and change pitch. The PRO model features new functions such as A/V downloading, wave file editing, song loop creation, file conversion, and the saving of customized files for future use, either within Song Surgeon or exported with changes made permanent and portable.
