Virsyn has announced the official release of Prism, "the pitch designer", a multi-band pitch shifter which allows realtime pitching of complex sounds.
If you want to change a single sound within a drum loop, Prism will help you in splitting the track into 27 frequency bands which pitch can be individually modified with different settings for each band.

- +/- 5 octaves real time pitch shifting on each of the 27 bands
- 27-band EQ
- linear phase filter
- pitch modulator controlled by an envelope follower

- surround sound (only with AU / RTAS / VST3 versions)
- 12 ms latency
Normal price is 199 € with a special introductory offer at 129 € until August 31st, 2008. Also, until the same date, Prism is free for anyone purchasing or upgrading to a “Take Five FX” bundle (including Bark, Matrix, Reflect, TDesign et VTape).
