Last year, Brainworx modeled the Chandler Limited GAV19T guitar amp head for Universal Audio. The plug-in is now universal.
If you cannot afford the $2,400 Chandler Limited GAV19T all-valve guitar amp head, you can now get the virtual version modeled by Brainworx, in VST 2/3, AU, AudioSuite, RTAS and AAX 32 and 64-bit plug-in formats for Mac OS X and Windows, sold $149.
The Chandler GAV19T plug-in features a bias control to alter the tube heat emulation and modify the type of distortion, a Drive control with 4 modes (Treble Boost, Full Range, Aggressive and Mids with a boost amount), tone controls with Baxandall-type curves, a noise gate, a delay and a power soak, some of which are not available on the hardware.
They’ll also find 75 impulse responses made from multiple speakers and microphones.
You can download a trial version from plugin-alliance.com.
