MellowMuse recently released SATV Vintage Saturator, a new analogue-modelled saturation plug-in with four preset models, designed for adding harmonic depth and richness to a material.
The inspiration for the four preset models were:
- A – Transistor.
- B – Transformer.
- C – Tube.
- D – Tape.
Along with 4 selectable saturation models, SATV features Drive, Mix, Output, and a selectable Group mode. Group mode allows all instances of SATV in your session to be controlled from any one instance of SATV. For example, setting Drive or saturation mode on any SATV will update all other instances allowing radical changes to the character of your entire mix from any SATV. SATV’s efficient CPU usage allows for high instance counts.
Pricing & Availability
It’s available for Windows and Mac OS X in VST, AU and RTAS effect plug-in formats for $99.
