Friday’s Freeware: I’m so excited
This week, we’ll help you cut certain audio parts through the mix thanks to an exciter plug-in offered by Fine Cut Bodies.
La Petite Excite is a VST 2/3 and AU 32 and 64-bit plug-in for Mac OS X and Windows that allows you to excite the high and low frequencies separately.
The plug-in features input and output controls, two knobs for the highs and lows, a CV control that will duck/compress the high frequencies based on the incoming signal, and a Noise Floor switch that will add low level noise to the signal if you want to add some dirt to the sound.
Note that you can display the current setting values by moving the mouse over the knob.
You can download La Petite Excite by entering your e-mail address at www.finecutbodies.com.
