1) be able to rehearse with the band's music, changing speed and pitch.
2) to work on solos and scales in different keys and styles.
To repeat, this is fine, it sends the pieces directly into the animal via USB or directly with an MP3 player or mobile phone or via the stereo.
Several possibilities for classification can easily navigate through songs stored on the memory card (SDHC)
The change of pitch is excellent, it can transpose in different keys (to fit a singer or a different instrument, for example)
The changeup is average with MP3 (sometimes a little jerky, but that is normal, the MP3 is already a compressed format) for an optimal, it is better to transfer the songs in an uncompressed format (eg, directly from the CD to the Ebanda) or convert formats JS-8 (Ebanda format, easy to do)
There are also a multi-effects processor, classified by subject (hard rock, metal, country, etc.)
Note that there are preset effects for bass (slap, octave, wah, etc.) and micro (reverb, etc.)
Otherwise, it is always possible to create its own effects and save them. Negative point, creating / modifying effects can not be done on the Ebanda, unfortunately, no software to modify the effects on the PC back in Ebanda! Although it remains very intuitive and easy enough, the length of the process is quite disturbing because there are many configurable elements.
The power of the speakers is enough to repeat at home, a parameter 'system' can increase the gain to give more volume to his instrument.
It is always possible to connect to your amp / speaker / stereo.
Until then, we can do the same thing with an amp, a multi-effects pedal and a PC (well, should love to stick close to his PC ...)
Where the beast brings more is in its pre-programmed rhythm ... over 300 beats, all styles and tones to jam for hours ... oh yeah, when you start, one does more aware of time passing!
The rhythms are well-fitted arch, with complete support and even screening effects (which can easily change course) ... drum break, change agreement, as are samples of 20 seconds running in a loop and you find yourself easily for Clapton or Slash or Hendrix or whoever you want because there's something for everyone!
Personally, I would do this choice because I use it for guitar, bass and organize even karaoke nights
Positives:
- Endless jam sessions
- Possibility to register, either loop or on the songs

- No PC software for managing the effects
- The removal of the instruments in the songs is bof bof, so usually, we play 'above' instruments
- A countdown would have been helpful (eg, 2 times metronome) before the launch of the songs, because it is often found not to play until the second or third measure: S
- Provide a different set of cards for different connections (mini-jack, jack, etc.)
- Plan to buy an extra SDHC card, which comes with the unit is 1GB, a little short. An 8GB card costs + / - 10 euro.
