All user reviews for the Archos Gmini 400

I bought in December 2005 a Gmini 400, which has already fallen down three times for sound output.
Archos refused to intervene when it was purchased from a dealer.
the dealer went bankrupt so archos has agreed to address the 3rd repair
Repair downtime in 3 months + 25% of the time. The third failure a few days after the end of the warranty period earned me the ax customer service ARCHOS = 60 repair my expense.
my son has an Ipod that works perfectly and is never fails.
With the experience I do not would do the same choice for the Archos

1 Gmini400 purchased directly from Archos ARCHOS in late 2004.
Screen that was showing signs of serious weaknesses, just before the end of warranty.
SAV well organized trs. Fast enough.
Now, a few weeks, the screen lights up even more.

Produced unreliable, does not measure up vis - vis the competition.

If you want a reliable MP3 player, do not choose the range ARCHOS their camera & screen does not appear to be mature for the reliability arriv.
