Value For Money :
Excellent
I used this cymbal for about 9 years, and I sold no crack (for past in a range above paiste still). For an entry-it's solid! It was my first ride cymbal (before a long series of cymbal).
For sound, it is made for rock, powerful and strong (hence long lifetime, it is certainly a ride, but I'm rather a very big hitter and I broke a lot of cymbal) But it a little harmony that makes the attack very accurate (so for the attacks is jazzy bounce type bof).
So in summary it is a good, solid entry level cymbal, rock trend. The value for money is good, given its life and these musical qualities. I will do so if I was a beginner, the same choice but watch the 502 are more than OCCAZ: s, however it seems to me that 201 of the range is derived by paiste.
