I tried, I tried (Mark VII in particular) and I returned to the Super Action II tenor.
What I like most:
- Sound quality (hot, round). Big fan of Stan Getz and Paul Desmond is the sound I'm looking for
- Ergonomics: no big movement keys as I could feel trying the Mark VII
- Reliability: over the years, it does not move. A small regular review and forward!
The feature I like least? ... I'm still looking ...
In terms of quality / price ratio, there certe price ... but at least I know I can trust my instrument now and for the next 20 years!
With experience, I would do this choice without wasting time trying to find both cheaper!
