SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE

Macbook Pro 2.33 ghz (intel) - 2 GB of ram
The software works well trs.
Excellent performance in hardware, if not the boot is a bit long.
But print management units, transpositions, among all kinds of deals ...
This configuration is relatively stable: I have some random disappearances. CD Software inopinment left without saying anything. Fortunately, the software automatically saves and offers food of the last document. You do not lose much. This is a bug trs rare but still not corrected by the patch version 5.1

OVERALL OPINION

Use since July 2007, works with the fire of God. I used to prep course (workshop jazz and big band) and to write scores of max. (All instruments + battery + exchange in contemporary music found on the internet etc ...)
+ Functions: the management of individual scores and overall, the quality policies, the richness of symbols, lines, again ... to enter the rapidly give (music) To translate, the possibility of enter a scan directly (very practical for implementation trs fast) ...
Functions -: trs grossires few formatting errors: Lines, Rehearsal marks may overlap on some type of partoches. The absence of a collision-detection between the lines, signs, symbols ... and the interface in English only ...
I work as final and Sibelius. But I have a few preferences for it. Because it's very practical. That little trs quickly pass the main features of lves, because it is affordable (for Students or teachers)
This software is still a bit expensive. But I do it again this choice because it is convenient. We do not spend hours searching through menus that you want to do. it works without taking head.

I remain permanently on Sibelius

the program is very well done, fast and full utilization
Practical tips

after a few weeks, you get used to write music without
using a mouse

is like writing text kilometer

it is just as fast on old computers

the manual is thick but hundreds of pages
Everything is intuitive and I did that rarely open

having worked on other such programs I can say
that it is the best
