A superb finish SG faded, meaning that the wood is varnished to give it a vintage look that I find very beautiful! The price is more attractive compared with Heritage Cherry finish, but I much prefer the matte to gloss varnish.
Apart from that, it keeps the binding (white edging on each side of the handle) and pearl inlay GIBSON etc. ...
2 P90 that are really cut out for the Rock to the former.
The handle is rounded type (hard to describe, try !!!). It's like a Standard.

UTILIZATION

The handle is a marvel (not surprising for a SG). There is no trapeze on the sidelines, but simple points such as "DOT" pearl. It does not matter, because it gives a very crude fits perfectly with the general spirit of the guitar.
Ergonomics is not surprising for a SG: thin, light and access to treble is very easy.

SOUNDS

P90 ................... the best microphones in my eyes. The clean sounds are very creamy. With a good crunch or distortion is a bit further mushy, a little dirty, but still accurate. In short, good vintage sound.

OVERALL OPINION

For me it's the perfect guitar. The finish is gorgeous. Some say it's a low-end finish, my v. ............ yeah! Apart from the varnish that is a matter of taste, the rest is really good violin. Some purists polémiquent even on the number of pieces of wood used to make the body (which sees only the back of that elsewhere), and although mine is in 2 pieces only, which is not bad I think. So even being picky, it's hard to find fault with him.
Only downside: the guitar is delivered in gigbag (soft cover), but at 640 euros is largely understandable. Do not push it anyway!
