UTILIZATION

Regarding the handle, little apprehensive at first with this profile Slim Taper '60 because I do not like too thin rounds, but oh surprise, we made it without any problem (for me!). This is sure to handle compared to my SG Standard which rather act as a "beam", there is a big difference but what playing comfort! ...
In terms of weight it is lightweight (3Kg400) although it tends to sting a little nose against my video ... (hence my score of 9) ... This is a 24 round boxes too, so ... But hey, it's not too bad and a good strap, this small defect goes unnoticed.
Access to treble is common to all SG (very easy).

The sound .... This is where my title Saint "GRAIL" comes into its own: the two P-90 are excellent, whether plain, crunch or drive (or +).
The P-90 bridge delivers accurate sound can be both crystalline without being aggressive and sweet at once. In the crunch, perfect for blues, rock, besides this guitar is all about!
The P-90 neck is round very good for still shots and blues with a little crunch, it shows + "growling" but not runny and is super accurate too.

SOUNDS

What kind of sound you get and with what settings ("crystalline", "bold", ....)? See High.

I play this guitar on a EGNATER REBEL 30,212 with a pedalboard consists of a Ernie Ball Wah, a Wampler Tweed'57 a Boss OD-1 (vintage 1980), a DC-2 Boss (also vintage), a TC Flashback Delay and a BBE Sonic Stomp.

OVERALL OPINION

I have this guitar for 1 year now and I think my video remained in its case since then .... Note that I do not denigrate the SG Standard is a great guitar too!

What I like +: the look, the quality of the flame, the sound of P-90 with ebony fingerboard ...
What I like -: .... head that stings a little down maybe ... ? And yet ....

Guitar longer manufactured and almost not found (or not found) on the used market, we are still connected in some Gibson '57 Classic.

At any point in an excellent guitar that certainly does not leave me!
