The price can not be beat. The double cut away body and set neck makes it fast and easy to play all the way up the fret board.
It sounds great.
It is a little sticky on the side of the neck where it joins the body, because of a thin layer of excess glue. The guitar strap button is located in the back of the guitar, instead of on the top. This location makes the guitar too top heavy.
There are no gaps between neck and body. The guitar was set up properly at the factory, so there is know need to make any adjustments. Intonation is good, and there is no fret buzzing. The 2 classic chrome pickups work great. The flushed set neck, pitched head stock, tunomatic bridge and pickups provide great sustain. The guitar body is a pseudo sg type and is very light. The body is alder. Two volume and tone knobs. A 3 ply black pick guard. The guitar has a transparent red finish.
Jay Turser products combines affordability and quality. You will not find another guitar in this price range that can beat it!
