I have have owned loads of guitars over 40 years. Today the standard of manufacturing of low price guitars has greatly increased. However, this guitar was built with a fault. It has set neck, and the neck angle is insufficient. Hence the bridge was already cranked down to lowest point, and action still to high by a long way. This could not be corrected with truss rod because the neck straightens too much. It was necessary to remove the bridge, drill the body and refit it lower to make the action as it should be. This is the reason I do not give the guitar 4 stars.
However, the guitar plays very well, neck is nice and intonation good. Most surprising to me, was how good the pickups are. I usually expect to remove and replace immediately, but these are pretty useable, and Im leaving them in for now.
The SG is a super-versatile guitar, and this is a nice one. Certainly nicer than the POS Epiphone with bolt-on neck and solid red finish I saw before I bought this, which was the nastiest looking "copy" (can you call it that when its still made by Gibson?) I have ever seen.
I am using it for everything - rock, jazz, ballad. Not the best, but a really enjoyable guitar.

Later addition: I have now had this guitar a week, and I have increased the rating to four stars, as I felt 3 did not give a good enough impression of this guitar. Despite the modification I had to do, the guitar exceeds my expectations. The pickups are great for this price, and the guitar is a joy to play. I would recommend.

Missing a 2mm round plate to sustain ratrapper

At that price it's a steal because the violin is nickel

UTILIZATION

Handle very fast easy to play slightly bombbr /> access to acute really easy thanks to the cut into SG
a heavy hair but she knows to be forgotten and is held exllente but it falls a little left for the endoit to take a left and (too) close to the microphone but that's for all forms of guitar SG then ...

SOUNDS

It is a guiare rock and metal but also know to play the blues or even jazz I play with a 30 watt amps drive and once (in concert) on a spider 60 amp or a marshall Waats of 150 (! )
via the switch microphones the sound is obtained lon wants tonight's warm and fat distortion that super precise for soil like angus!

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 2 months and after trying a PG300 SH200 then there's really no contest the best!
jador really shape and different sounds but its weight is sometimes heavy
for 168 in leading internationnal music is really a case and in addition it is extremely versatile
Devaya again if I would not hesitate as well eller maintenance road is nice and everything!

That says it all down except 22cases, not 24.

UTILIZATION

The neck is very thin, very fast and pleasant, up slightly heavy but we do not feel, easy access to acute as mentioned below. Yes the guitar really stings the nose, or are watching the clip (circled in red):

I put 10 even if it pitches down because it is really great, sitting or standing, but the management is exellent.

SOUNDS

I have a level vertion SG110-Gothic, so we kind of EMG pickups, amp metal rule, the sound is very fat, very strong, personal, love: D So you can have a precise sound on the mic acute for the Angus Young solos. 10 more because the price is good camme.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 6 months on a Line6 Spider II 75watt amp. Frankly for € 190 in Music Leader is a great value! In the future I would do no not have that choice, I will turn to an Epiphone Gothic G'400. One of the best guitar for beginners! I strongly consseille.

I do not think either of mahogany in the body ... I think instead of lime

UTILIZATION

Channel trs enjoyable but ..... it is heavy (really heavy) it stings the nose too: lively up the handle will always towards the ground and it trsdsagrable.
Its level is the pleasant surprise for a guitar that has the price sounds good.

SOUNDS

Rather rock when it's not even the queen of clean sounds and the neck pickup parat useless (it's much too serious). I used a Attax 80 and as I said a really good sound ... Still, the low output level parat.
In my opinion lamps with an amp you really get its thundering ...

OVERALL OPINION

I for one year, bought 168 euros leader in music and it's really good trs.
In short you are looking for a true SG rplique but you do not have to pay an Epiphone G400? Well this is the best scratch below you will find I think (yes better than the 310 in quality price) in addition to its default (weight finishes dsquilibre blah ... but 168 euros) it sounds almost as well as a G400 then Do not hesitate!

SOUNDS

It's perfect for the serious metal and tunings (B) but not for the default sound Rock.Les clean rides are suitable for "torture) and crent an original effect.

The best sound that this guitar offer is for fans of metal type slipknot, soulfly (soft actually) with great equalizer for the acute rhythmic throughout gives a pretty thing with a battery! Sound all of the same fatty trs!
Sounds (except for some particular styles) does go well with a minimum of distortion (or even a small footswitch)!

OVERALL OPINION

I have been using the fvrier anne dernire I had a Premire but the handle has split!
This guitar caught my eye, it's finally plutt Angus Young's guitar that jumped out at me, I love the form, if you want more photos sent to me a mail because it Submitted to the top is more NEWS! mine is better: D.
