The T bone EM 900 is a condenser microphone with a frequency response of 50-18000 HZ with a Cardioid polar pattern. I have used the EM 900 with phantom power though you can use it with a battery. Though I only purchased one of these at the time, I have seen people have 2 and 3 of these to record multiple tracks at the same time. This microphone is very versatile and can be used for a number of different settings. I have seen some people use this microphone for more of a pod cast type of microphone just using it to speak with and not really to record or use for music. With the characteristics of this microphone I knew that I had to give it a shot. There are many concerns with this microphone though, like if using it for whatever you choose and the microphone has just the slightest motion to it or it moves you will get some distortion. This distortion seems to be automatic and nothing that I did could change it. I though maybe the cord was bad or there was a short, but its just the microphone itself isn’t built to move or to change hands with different people. it’s a very stationary microphone.


OVERALL OPINION

The Value for the price of is pretty good in my opinion. You get a very well rounded microphone with the T Bone EM 900 and the price is very affordable. I was very happy with my purchase of the EM 900 a few years ago, and it did more than serve its purpose as a vocal and voice over microphone for my own studio. Its small , but very delicate. I don’t see anyone being able to keep this microphone for a long time unless it stays stationary and doesn’t move because its very fragile and wont hold up.

OVERALL OPINION

I bought a couple for my daughter - 14 years - wants to be ing sound!
I test voice speaks, trs correct. Not breathing, level dlivr trs correct.
At 58 euros per couple (sic!) Is unbeatable.
For the use intended is to say qq'un who wants to "get your feet wet" by recording the girlfriends of the conservatory is gnial.
I will test anyway with other instruments.

OVERALL OPINION

I bought the suitcase version couple a month ago.
And aa t trs trs a pleasant surprise.
Sr Although I did not expect the microphones of the year and I knew why I had purchased.
Mounts in 2 sec on a pole with a great cable XLR / / jack Stereo 3.5 (Thomann too), an MD in the ass, thanks their batteries they offent without a rendemnt same.
Concurrency can not the price.
They have all the same shows quite good quality decision-proximity on guitars (in Stereo), or digital percussion (bendir, tablas ...)
Obviously, I deprecated in a too aggressive.
I quickly overhead test battery, blah blah. It is a bit lightweight.
And a lack of precision on acoustic instruments.
They require really good position, and it is the best tool to learn about scne or studio.
A micro "pdagogique"??
But the price I will add some variety to my rescue in

OVERALL OPINION

- Three days
- I like most is that its price and its pretty honnte
- What I like least is its sensitivity to touch the handle. the slightest friction results in a bopucan standard, yet it is quite long. I use it for voice recordings (interviews) on a Sony MiniDisc MZ R30 (with a cable as Thomann flam), therefore no battery and phantom power supply. It is plutt good condition to be extremely careful not to move the hand (I hold the hand) which is a bit pnible (it's not for nothing that the LEM 21 which also n ' is not a wonder that such a smoking).
- A report that price qualitprix forcment is excellent. I compared it (always record a MiniDisc interview) with a Berhinger 8500 XM is in the same price area (but it is a dynamic) the MS 900 is much better
- I would do without hsiter this choice, not a micro but it is a super micro trs paumer right that can not be mortifying. As I lug around the bottom of a bag is a not insignificant CRITERIA.
- The only real default (well apart from this extreme sensitivity to the sounds of touch) is to have no diode to signal that it is en route, which as it works on battery power should Reserved few surprises.
- Note that the box does nothing and serves as support book is hardly worthy of a gift box of detergent but in contrast is an indoor foam windscreen makeshift drinking enough.

I use a pair of MS 900 to record repeats of my groups on mini disc.
So I use them in overhead.
The battery allows for a good trs recording on the MD.
I made some taken home studio on guitar and even singing.

OVERALL OPINION

I have been a year. These are quality microphones to the report unbeatable price. Understand that they are really cheap, and therefore the sound is not exceptional, but more than adequate for my use and the use vourdont make most users of micro: connect, record and that the plug is properly audible.
I would have trouble finding the default microphone. I was ready a pair of shure (beta sth, battery powered as well) but I did not feel any difference in terms of solid and sound. The only difference is price. For the price of the pair at T bone you have half a Shure microphone.
Recommended for amateur musicians like me who want to work srieusement gear without breaking the bank.

It is a small electret microphone to paper INTERESTED CHARACTERISTICS (curve not too steep for the price) if not the max spl 115 db limit.

OVERALL OPINION

I had bought for pumping phantom circuit because I have another microphone (Realistic PZM old) who could benefit greatly. This has left a long time in my drawers. Rcemment I come away for a record rptition quickly (with phantom power supply) and trs enjoyable surprise. At that price I expected the one of lectret radio/K7 and is far better. Well it is not very usable as it proximity gure conceding more than 115 db but as microwave background and with a little eq, is the fact. In short, if you do not ask him to record powerful sound sources (tom, snare, bass drum, before the hp guitar or bass) is a microphone that dfend trs well and is sufficient to models. That said, do not ask him to work miracles, facing such a simple but correct the Studio Projects B1 (a large static membrane which collects more than 130 db but costs 3 4 times) it is clear that he lacks finesse, even in blind test. What if they compared an AT4040 (10 times the price, if not more) ... In short it is very nice but it remains in the "home studio".

The report is taken almost unbeatable quality and MRIT November 1 or a 12/10.

In the situation I have no sub and I need pickups that sound not too bad, yes (always provided they do not want to record powerful sound sources). I have a small set of microphones corect nice and I still have not much to complter, also yes. I want to use it as the main microphone to produce CD, blah.
